GERF actively engages with the community to mitigate the impact of various energy sources(Solar panels, Biogas, Improved Clean cooking energy) in the environment. We promote the use of environmentally safe practices , collaborating with stakeholders  to introduce innovating solutions in the society especially in the rural areas.

Our efforts focus on reducing widespread tree cutting and charcoal burning by offering alternative sustainable solutions. We have successfully encouraged communities in Morogoro and Pwani district to adapt clean cooking energy, Positively impacting their health, Air quality and the overall climate.
